EJERCICIOS SENSORIALES PARA LOS PIES<\/strong><\/p>\n

MIRAR:<\/strong> Qu\u00edtate los zapatos y los calcetines o medias. Mira tus pies. Familiar\u00edzate con su forma y condici\u00f3n. Esto te ayudar\u00e1 a comprender e identificar los cambios que se producir\u00e1n a medida que hagas la transici\u00f3n para moverte y correr con zapatillas minimalistas.<\/p>\n

TOCAR:<\/strong> El masaje es una de las mejores maneras de estimular los nervios y los m\u00fasculos de los pies, \u00a1y es muy agradable! Prueba estos ejercicios sentado y descalzo.<\/p>\n

1. Pasa tus dedos de las manos entre los dedos de los pies: empuja hacia adelante y hacia atr\u00e1s, girando la mano suavemente.<\/p>\n

2. Usa tu codo para frotar toda la base del pie.<\/p>\n

3. Usa tus manos para empujar los dedos de los pies hacia adelante y hacia atr\u00e1s creando un estiramiento suave.<\/p>\n

4. Administra una presi\u00f3n suave con los pulgares, movi\u00e9ndote desde el arco hacia los dedos de los pies. Siente y masajea tus tendones, ligamentos y tejido conectivo.<\/p>\n

SENTIR:<\/strong> Miles de receptores neurol\u00f3gicos en los pies env\u00edan una valiosa informaci\u00f3n al cerebro para indicarle a tu cuerpo d\u00f3nde est\u00e1 en el espacio y los detalles sobre el terreno. SENTIR LAS SE\u00d1ALES<\/strong><\/p>\n
